I was not impressed at all with the steak for this place being a steakhouse. I ordered a surf and turf meal. My steak was cooked perfect medium yet it was tuff. I could barley cut through it or chew it for that matter. My shrimp cold. The prime rib that my gf had however was amazing I should have gotten that instead. Our waiter wasn't attentive after getting our order and giving us our drinks. I wouldn't come back to this restaurant. It sucks cause I hear great things about this place. I just wish I could have said the same.
***UPDATED REVIEW***
This was my second time going to Logan's and I will say this time was much better. Me and my fiancé enjoyed ourselves very much. Our drinks were perfect, my food came out perfect and well seasoned. Rolls were always hot (we got three refills). Our waitress Falyn (I think that's how you spell her name) was outstanding. She was very attentive, she made sure we were good and our food was good, and she had an amazing attitude. I will definitely come back again and I would recommend anyone that goes ask for her section. -

I eaten at Logan's maybe 3 times, always on someone else's, and I will continue to only eat at Logan's on someone else's dime. This last time my gf and i decided to try somewhere she had never eaten before....bad choice! I have a background in hospitality/customer service and she is a chef so we are probably a bit more attentive then others.
I get that the peanuts are a thing and i expect them to be on the floor, but when did to go cups tops, used straws, paper and other trash become a thing to keep under the table where customers ate. The drink i ordered was horrible (prickly pear). I have yet to find a specialty drink there that taste good. The lemonade my gf got was delicious though. My steak (prime rib) was delicious. The rice pilaf was not rice pilaf bit more so buttered rice with chopped up bits of carrots. It did taste good but it wasn't what i was expecting. The steamed broccoli was good as well. On the other hand my gf got well seasoned cold shrimp, a tough filet mignon, and good sides. The salad she ordered with dinner she never got.
As for our server, he was attentive until the point of drinks and taking our food order. A food runner brought our food to us, which is no biggie. My gf or I would've asked for her salad but we didn't see our server back at our table until we got the ticket. He served a two tables behind us though. When we did get the ticket our server said, "did they change you for the salad?" As if we were going to pay for a salad that we hadn't gotten. Probably the best thing about the night was the rolls-were both bread eaters-but we only got served those once when we first sat down. It would've been nice to have a fresh warm batch when our food came out. As stated before we probably won't be spending our money or time again at Logan's. -

We knew we were going to have an extremely large party of over 25. We called 45 mins prior to coming to let them know. When we arrived, at the time we specified, noon, we were met with a 30+ minute wait. I finally had to go flag someone down to give me any information about the table or our group needed to find another place to dine. After a 35 minute wait, where the entire group was crowding the door way, blockingnother patrons. The manager looked lost, the staff looked lost...
We did however have a very sweet waitress that did her best to make sure everything was in order. She was not responsible for the then kitchen mess ups-- 4 French fries sent out with a burger order, cold food.. I am sure this restaurant does wonderful for small groups but not for us. -

We tried a variety off of their special menu. Everything was good. The waitress was rather new and did a good job. We had pulled pork sandwich, fried shrimp, BBQ chicken wings, grilled sausage, baked potato and French fries, fresh rolls was bought out.

We had wonderful service from our waitress, Gloria . Our order was lost by the kitchen due to an ongoing party. The waitress pressed for it to be prepared for us. When it arrived the meat was only slightly warm and I had ordered Broccoli as my side nut was sent fries. The waitress was very apologetic and, again, her service was great. She brought me the Broccoli and I asked her for an apology from the manager. He came over with an attitude and basically asked what I wanted from him since the waitress had already aologized. I told him I just wanted two words from him, I'm sorry. He said it and walked away. In the end we got a 20% discount. My point is the manager should have taken responsibility for the issues and the apology should have been automatic. That was more important to me than any discount.
